A shy young security guard discovers a strange engineer on the flat roof of a building. Overmotivated, he demonstrates his inventions and tells his story. Excellent work by the cameramen Tamaki Watanabe and Takafumi Matsunaga: close-ups of the two protagonists emphasize the theatrical even more.
