Tanjirō and his companions have completed their rehabilitation training at the Butterfly Mansion and arrive at the location of their next mission. In the "Mugen Train," over 40 people have disappeared in a short period of time. Tanjirō, Nezuko, Zen'itsu and Inosuke join one of the most powerful swordsmen among the demon hunters: the Pillar of Flame Kyōjurō Rengoku. Together, they set out to confront the demon lurking in the "Mugen Train" and embark on a journey into darkness.
