Born in 1966, director Nawa Teruaki worked for a design and production company for model parts after graduating from a design high school before starting his own business. Always interested in film production, he eventually enrolled in a film school in Hamamura, Tottori. There he directed two short films. After that, more short films followed. "Requiem of Bullets" is his first feature film.
